๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Warranty Disclaimer โ€“ Applicable to All Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) Packages

We, at Project Hub, are committed to providing quality products and services. All our ATL Packages come with a 2-Year Limited Warranty on eligible items, designed to ensure customer satisfaction and support during the standard usage period. However, as ATL kits are used intensively by students and in classroom environments, it is important to understand the scope and limitations of our warranty policy.


โœ… Whatโ€™s Covered Under the 2-Year Warranty:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If any electronic component (such as Arduino, NodeMCU, Raspberry Pi, sensors, motors, etc.) is found to be non-functional due to a factory-level defect.

  • Malfunction in Normal Use: If a component stops working under recommended usage conditions in a classroom setting.

  • Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): Any item found defective or non-functional at the time of delivery must be reported within 7 days for immediate replacement.


โŒ Whatโ€™s Not Covered Under Warranty:

This section is extremely important to avoid unnecessary claims.

  • Physical Damage: Items broken, cracked, or physically damaged due to dropping, forceful handling, improper use by students, or mishandling during experiments.

  • Electrical Damage: Burnt components due to reverse polarity, short circuit, high voltage, or wrong connections.

  • Environmental Damage: Any damage due to water, fire, chemicals, or heat exposure.

  • Wear and Tear: Natural wear of mechanical parts like wheels, gears, jumper wires, breadboards, batteries, etc., due to long-term use.

  • Tool Damage: Tools such as glue guns, wire strippers, cutters, etc., if damaged due to mishandling or overheating.

  • Body Structures: Acrylic sheets, MDF wood, cardboard-based models, plastic enclosures, or 3D printed parts damaged due to breakage or force.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any alteration, repair, or modification done to components by untrained personnel or students.


๐Ÿ”„ Warranty Claim Process:

To request a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our Support Team: Reach out to us through phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order/invoice number.

  2. Send Photos/Videos: Provide clear images or short videos that show the issue with the product.

  3. Preliminary Assessment: Our technical team will review and guide troubleshooting steps if applicable.

  4. Approval for Replacement: If the claim is approved, we will send a replacement component.

  5. Shipping Charges: Within 45 Days from the delivery date, shipping is free for approved claims. After 45 Days, shipping/logistics costs must be borne by the buyer.

๐Ÿ“ฆ In special cases, we may ask you to return the defective item for inspection before sending a replacement.

  • Warranty applies only to original buyers and is non-transferable.

  • This warranty is valid only for educational use within the school or institution and not applicable for commercial or resale purposes.

  • If kits are damaged due to misuse, lack of supervision, or student error, we reserve the right to reject the warranty claim.

  • In case of repeat misuse, warranty services may be limited or revoked
