The Laser Alarm Security System – Working Model is an innovative and fully functional school science exhibition project that demonstrates the basic concept of a security and intrusion detection system using laser technology.

In this model, a laser beam is continuously focused on an LDR sensor. When any person or object crosses the laser beam, the beam is interrupted and the system immediately activates an alarm (buzzer), indicating unauthorized entry.

This product is available as a DIY (Do It Yourself) kit, which includes all the required components. Students can easily assemble the kit and create a 100% working security system model without needing any additional materials.

It is ideal for school students, science fairs, ATL labs, and beginners in electronics.

⚙️ Working Principle

• A laser beam continuously falls on the LDR sensor

• When laser light is present, the LDR resistance remains low

• When the laser beam is interrupted, the LDR resistance changes

• The IC 555 timer gets triggered

• The buzzer and LED turn ON, generating a security alert
