Shipping Policies

We Offer Pan India Free Shipping to all categories across our website on Orders above 999/-. (Offers can be checked on Offers Pages related to shipping).

  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care +91 9109087333 or Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
  • You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section. E-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent after shipment.

Shipping Partners

  • We use Bluedart to ship our products to your destination.
  • We also can ship through EMS Speed post on special request to remote locations, if you think that our shipping partners does not have coverage or served you improperly. HOWEVER, WE CAN’T GUARANTEE TO COMPLY TO YOUR REQUEST. This is due to the reason each shipment content is being verified by the post office before accepting. If they feel that the item may be damaged, then they will not accept the shipment.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

Normally for orders placed before 4 pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, provided card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 4 pm will be shipped the next business day.

Orders received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

  • Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable.

Return Policy

We Offer Our Customers With an Option of 15 days return guarantee. (Unless there is any condition based products or the product does not align with the Minimum return requirements.)

To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.

Changing or Cancelling An Order:

Need change something about your order or just want it cancelled? You can ask us ( ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status then within 30 min order can be cancelled , except this you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.).

Limits of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.

Refund Policy

If a product bought on Project Hub is not available and cannot be made available in next 15 days, then full money will be refunded in 30 Days from the date of purchase. holds no guarantee on availability of products and can decline to send the order of any customer based on the product availability to which full amount will be refunded on request of the customer in 30 days from the date of purchase.
